I had seen different doctors in a space of 10 years complaining of ankle, knee and lower back pain and was told I had a leg legth discrepancy and recommended insoles. Norman was able to find the underlying reason reason for this was a pelvic tilt and helped me to correct it. My body is better aligned now and I not longer have the leg lenght discrepancy.
