“This is a quaint little cafe serving amongst other great choices, really good english breakfasts. They have now opened the back room to more formal dining serving lunch or dinner. Well worth a try and they cater for gluten free.”

“During my time attending the centre I found every single one of the staff to be friendly, helpful, caring, and warm and compassionate, they are a credit to the service and I thank them all for their support and encouragement. I hope they will all understand that I wish to highlight the service and care I received from the people and areas that I had most contact with and who are as follows. Dr. Lofts and Dr. Glees, my Consultants, who were unfailingly warm, personable, thorough, honest and understanding. They took time to engage with me, to explain things to me, made me laugh and treated me like a person, I cannot thank them enough. Priscilla, Charlotte and Debbie, the Receptionists in outpatients, thank you for your professionalism, your warm friendly approach, your help and understanding and treating me like a person. Jackie, Barbara and Katie, the Receptionists in main reception, thank you for your professionalism, your warm friendly approach, your help and understanding and treating me like a person. Atia, the Pharmacist I had most contact with and who responded immediately to my requests for help and explanations. Thank you for taking the time to sit with me and talk to me on my first day of treatment and subsequently. Thank you for your professionalism, compassion and warmth. Steve, Nuclear Medicine, thank you for your personable approach, your warmth and ensuring that, regardless of how busy you were, you took time to pass the time of day with me and treated me like a person. Vicky, the Phlebotomist. Thank you to you and your team for the warmth and patience you showed me and for always being happy to explain things to me when I attended for blood tests and Obs. Keisha (Radiotherapy Service Manager), Jenly, Sharon, Alison, Charlotte, Olga, DJ and Mhariri, the Radiotherapy Team, who I had almost daily contact with. Thank you for your, kindness, warmth, understanding, care, professionalism, compassion and interpersonal skills all of which were outstanding. You spent time with me when I needed it, you listened to me when I needed to talk and you laughed with me. You treated me as a person. I must take this opportunity to say a special thank you to Sharon and Jenly who spent time after many of my Radiotherapy sessions working to minimise the side effects of the therapy and any associated discomfort. Their tenderness, personal skills and care were second to none. I cannot thank all of the Radiotherapy Team enough and I will never forget what you did for me.”

“Fantastic experience. Mr Bulstrode has just concluded a tissue expander surgery for our 3 year old son and our experience at Great Ormond Street has been fantastic. Since the initial consultation to the post surgery, we were constantly communicated with and informed about each step in detail along with any potential risks. It is natural for any parent to be apprehensive about a surgical procedure for a child that young. However, all our concerns were addressed with full open and honest conversations with utmost case and sensitivity. Even the support staff and nurses have been brilliant. It was almost to the point that we were looking forward to the surgery rather that being concerned as we were confident that our boy was in safe hands. Mr Bulstrode has done a fantastic job and I cannot recommend him highly enough. A true professional!”

“We used Seasons Florist for flowers for our wedding in October. They were amazing not only giving us advice on a theme & colours but helping us to get to what we wanted. They did our bridal flowers , table decorations & cake topper & we couldn't have been happier with our autumnal flowers. Amazing service from the delivery guy & fantastic guidance from Mari & Jess. Thank you to all the Seasons Florists team for supporting us & such beautiful flowers for our day. Peter & Cathy”

“I went to see Jacqueline with my eight week old son who was waking hourly at night. She gave a comprehensive assessment of the birth and talked me through how the treatment works. Jacqueline is clearly very knowledgeable about babies and made me feel completely at ease. After only one session he now sleeps for six to eight hours a night which has been a total lifesaver! I can’t recommend Jacqueline enough and keep telling mums in the area about how amazing she is.”

“I first visited Back on Track after a friend recommended the practice. Having spent years and hundreds of pounds on physio and osteopath's i eventually saw Carlo here and within 2 treatments on my back I was good for 2 years. I saw him again last week for a different problem with my neck and again superb knowledge and treatment. I would recommend Carlo at this practice to anyone!”
