“We used Lizzie for our wedding flowers and from the first meeting we were made to feel relaxed and Lizzie helped us immensely. The flowers in the day were amazing, from the bridesmaids bouquets and button holes to the church flowers, we were overwhelmed by the quality and it really made the morning for us. The reception flowers again were just amazing, the tables looked beautiful and all day we had comments about how great the flowers looked. 100% use Lizzie, wonderful person to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. The plans that Ben wrote for me were easy to understand, enjoyable to run and fit in with the times I wanted to train. Ben stayed in close contact in a way that I found encouraging. “As I am not sure who to email I hope this finds it's way to the right person at head office I have been with Goddard for years with all our family pets the Oxlow lane branch in dagenham they are great but we have never had a regular vet till now Laurence Behrens is our dr there now and he is the best we have ever had I would not trust my cats with any one else I'm pleased that he was offerd the branch full time but has he travels quite far to get there I was dispointed that he was not offered a decent pay to reflect how valuable and knowledgeable a vet he is I really hope head office can make him a better offer. I do not normally leave reviews but I feel that this is needed . I hope that this raches some one that can make this happen and that will pass on the appreciation to Laurence.”

“I just wanted to say a few words about Alan and how he has changed my life. My fear of spiders has affected me my whole life, I have been absolutely terrified for as long as I can remember; if I ever encountered a spider I would run as far as I could to get away - shake with fear - feel sick and even as an adult cry. If there was a spider in the room I would have to find someone to catch it and if it got away I would not able to sleep in the house until it was found. It took me about 10 years to pluck up the courage and finally do something about this problem that was ruining my life. to begin with I went to a therapist that was local to me and visited her three times, it was a complete waste of time and I learned nothing. I left it for another year and decided to give someone else ago, Alan was recommended to me through a mutual friend and despite being about being 90 minute journey I made an appointment and let me just say that it was one of the best decisions of my life. despite me thinking that I know everything Alan got me to look at solving these problems in a different way and after two visits I am well on the way the conquering the fear that I once had. I have managed to catch several spiders in a glass now and release them, I would have never in a million years have done this before. I currently live in a flat on the 6th floor (reason for this and the only reason of me moving to a flat is because of spiders as you don’t really see them in a flat) I am now currently in the process of looking for a house with my Wife (Again before I had seen Alan I thought that I was going to be stuck in a flat for the rest if my life) I can now move into a house with a garden knowing that if encounter a spider then I have the confidence to set it free outside the house. I really don’t know how to thank this guy enough on top of the spider fear by default Alan has taught me how to look at things in a different light and which has improved my quality of life and made me a lot happier. Alan is a top bloke, someone you can trust and look up to and someone that just all round makes you feel good about yourself. If there is any changes in your life that you need to make or any problems that you need help with then and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Lee Chatham”
