(December 16, 2018, 4:07 am)A huge garden centre with a big selection of outdoor plants as well as a brilliant food hall.
The food hall has loads of craft beers and ales, a butcher's where you can grab some bargains and even pick up fresh eggs.
In winter they also have hundreds of Christmas trees in to choose from, but they don't cut the bottoms off for you.

The staff are; knowledgeable about all their products, always willing to help & service comes with a smile. Woodcote offer wide varieties throughout the ranges they stock, from; classic Garden Centre items (soil, plants, gardening tools & accessories), to a butchers, natural play area, boutique style goods (clothing, candles, high end luxury items), restaurant stocked by onsite produce & industrial scale supplies to businesses. You never leave Woodcote empty handed as there is so much temptation & brilliant prices. It’s always very clean & professionally run. The restaurant serves absolutely delicious fresh food, I’ve never left disappointed & the portions are generous.
Woodcote transforms at Christmas, they take it very seriously. We have some beautiful memories of our girls visiting Father Christmas & visiting the reindeer. Five generations of our family enjoy regular visits to Woodcote & that shall continue for years to come.
(December 8, 2018, 10:45 am)Visited for Santa's Grotto and was not disappointed! Lovely colourful Grotto and great Father Christmas, my children all loved the experience and their presents were really good quality (older boys received a rainforest experiment set and Egyptian archaeological dig set and baby received lovely cuddly activity toy).
They had lovely Christmas decorations up everywhere and huge range of items to buy at good prices.
They sell local quality produce and have lovely gift items, and was a very enjoyable morning out for my family.
(November 22, 2018, 10:53 am)Something for everyone. Beautiful gifts, Farm shop, butcher's, clothing. Nice cafe beautiful plants and flowers. Wonderful Christmas displays for children, amazing Christmas decorations and lights. Also fun to feed the koi fish for 20p for a handful of fish food outside. Lots of free parking.
(November 11, 2018, 11:13 am)The best garden centre that we visit! So much to look at. A farm shop, butcher's shop, Edinburgh Woollen Mill inside as well. Very well maintained. Areas to various parts of the centre well signposted. Currently so many Christmas decorations on display....unsurprisingly for this time of the year! They have 2 restaurants. Excellent food. We've used the larger restaurant on many occasions. We always enjoy our visit to this lovely garden centre. There is an outdoor children's play area which seems very popular during decent weather.
