Royal Resistance

Royal Resistance is amazing! As a personal trainer myself, I can tell you firsthand that the classes WILL do exactly what they promise - get or keep you in amazing shape and all while you are having fun. The atmosphere and instructors are amazing. If you are advanced they will push you to your limits and if you are new or out of shape they will tailor the workouts to your personal abilities while still pushing you to do your best. I love the classes as I don’t even feel like I am working out! They definitely bring out the fun in workouts, often incorporating games into the boot camp style classes. The boxing is amazing too! And with yoga now on the schedule you can’t go wrong. The space is amazing and I can’t recommend it highly enough! Love RR!

No gym offering quite like this one in London. Great variety of classes and one class is never the same. Train with awesome people, teachers and see quick results in your fitness. I'm sad to be leaving.

Wide range of workouts, for every type of person. I've never been very sporty and even though most of the members there are way more fit that I am, they never made me feel out of place. Wonderful staff, very relaxed yet professional. I highly recommend it!

Brilliant place to go and meet new people as well as getting a workout! Instructors are brilliant! It's got a good vibe which you don't get in gyms. Everyone was so welcoming :-)
