Bean & Blue, love coffee, sharing, tasting, experimenting and trying new flavours, it's with this ethos that they have created beautifully packaged and hand roasted coffee that's both a pleasure to give and to enjoy.
140g shelled broad beans, 1 large fennel bulb, trimmed and thinly sliced, 50g rocket leaves, 200g baby spinach leaves, 140g roquefort, juice 1 lemon, 4 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp dijon mustard. Bring a small pan of water to the boil and cook the broad beans for just 2 mins.
