Stacey, Emma and the Team are fantastic at what they do! As a complete beginner (started in March 18) they have patiently taught me Pole, which has been a fun learning experience. Nearing 40 I didn't think I would be able to ever be as elegant as they perform, but I'm getting there with their help! A great bunch of Ladies, we always have a good laugh each week. I would highly recommend Herts Dance and Fitness to anyone thinking about trying any of the activities they offer as they love what they do and are dam good at it as well. 'We all have our favourite aspects of Pole, maybe it's the sexy stuff, maybe its the fitness.. neither are bad and both are important'

Great studio with fantastic staff and facilities!
My friends and I went here for a hen party 'experience' and had a 2-hour pole dance and twerking lesson - it was fantastic! Stacy is an excellent instructor and had so much energy and commitment to us. We are all really aching today but had a great time and some girls may even join her weekly classes now! And not forgetting that we were all 40+ yrs old!
