It had always been an ambition of mine to run the london marathon.
However that seemed miles away from reality when i ruptured my ankle ligaments last November. after several visits and long waits at the hospital i was still in pain and just about ready to give up. Until i was recommended to John at the Lancaster clinic.
Johns professionalism and expert advice had me up and running again after just 3 sessions. He was able to treat the problem and show me some really useful stretches and teqniques to help rebuild the strength in my ankle. i will definately be visiting the lancaster clinic with any future injuries.
I have been going to john for the passed 8 years since moving to Ware. He has cured many injuries i have stupidly picked up over the years ranging from back, shoulder and neck. Im a big lad about 19 stone and john is the only one who can click my bones and give my back a proper seeing too.
i have always found john will treat you quickly (none of this book 10 appointments) usually after the second treatment i have always found myself cured from the pain.
John has been keeping me active for several years and ha cured various problems with back, neck, shoulder and toes! A real all-rounder who cures problems with no pain and an easy manner. I now attend every month to keep me healthy.
My daughter had a very painful back and shoulder and went to the Lancaster clinic for treatment. John gave a thorough assessment of the likely problem and talked her through what he would need to do to treat it. After just one session she felt way better, and after the second she was back to being completely pain free. She was really grateful for such a wonderful outcome in such a short space of time. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Lancaster Clinic to any family and friends for a thoroughly professional and effective service.
John is a true professional osteopath. I have used other osteopaths and physios, but they have not given me the pain relief, comfort and confidence that John has provided with his sessions. I have and will continue to refer my contacts for the best treatment around!
