(April 16, 2018, 1:16 pm)I came to Michelle with a sprained knee after my GP diagnosed a pulled or torn ligament. Michelle soon located the injured area and with a combination of massage and physical therapy eased the pain immediately. She prescribed exercises followed by an ice massage, gradually upping both the type of exercise and the intensity. It was a delight to be treated by such an uplifting and competent professional. The best physiotherapist I have encountered.
(April 3, 2018, 1:27 pm)Having had periodical problems with my lower back for many years a friend recommended that I visit Michele at Spheres and I was not disappointment which had been the case after visiting other physiotherapists in the years gone by. Michele was the only therapist that took the time to explore and then identify the cause of the scoliosis in my spine, successfully treated it and provide me with practical exercises to help any reoccurrence. I would happily recommend her service.

I have multiple sports related injuries from horse riding including a spinal fracture from 2016 and have had a variety of treatments elsewhere, none of which were effective. Michele has really helped me dramatically reduce my pain levels and improved my range of movement. I have reached my recovery goals much faster than I thought was possible after meeting her. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to anyone.
(July 17, 2017, 12:48 pm)I have just completed a course of treatment on my elbow which has been successful and I have recovered full movement. My treatment was tailored entirely to my needs. I have no hesitation in recommending Spheres.
