  A member if our party is severely allergic to milk. We mentioned this to the waitress who sent the manager to take our order. He was most helpful making suggestions for all of us. Our food took a little longer to get ready, not thst we noticed as we were chatting so much, but the waitress and manager apologised several times saying that, due to the lactose allergy, all the ingredients in the good were double checked and supervised. The waitress topped our endless diet cokes up without even having to ask. Brilliant service!

  Amazing, I will start by saying I have visited other branches of TGI in the past and had very bad experiences (O2 Greenwich and Kingston), but this Bluewater TGI Friday's is amazing.
  I pre booked and left balloons and banners to dress up table which staff were more than happy to do.
  The service was great and food was on point.
  I had the JD ribs ????which I can't recommend enough .
  My son had a really good birthday dinner here and said it was the best burger he has ever had.
  Staff came out and sang Happy Birthday ???? which was a great touch.
  Many thanks to all the staff.

  What a lovely place for any of occasions,
  Booking is a must otherwise will be queuing.
  The food, especially double glazed ribs worth additional topic! One of top 5 my favourite meal!
  Friendly staff always deserve few pounds of tips..
  Nice atmosphere.
  Always love it!
