(December 19, 2018, 4:59 pm)I have been a customer of Lexus Tunbridge Wells for 8 years now and have just taken delivery of my eighth new Lexus. The customer service is amazing and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The sales team go out of their way to help you. I have had many cars, Fords, Hondas, Mazdas, Volvos but none could match the customer service of Lexus.

(July 24, 2018, 4:24 pm)Nice environment to wait in while your Lexus is serviced. Coffee and treats always available. Usually at least 5 new cars in the showroom to look at.
All Lexus dealerships now have standard decor throughout, the only negative here is the rather limited loo facilities - staff and customers share the same small space.
