"Victory from the jaws of defeat..." My recent buying experience was hit and miss - some parts were really great, especially in person, and some less so through a combination of 'niggles' and a major sticking point that manifested post purchase. The reason for this context is that the team at Edenbridge pulled out all the stops to rectify the situation satisfactorily; they demonstrated great customer service, efficiency, and courtesy.
