  Would definitely be a repeat customer. They have that personal touch with the customer and try to help you decide what’s best for your vehicle. In my case my timing chain went and damaged the engine badly. But they helped me decide what to do, and whilst I was taking time to decide as I was left without a car, they allowed me to borrow a hire car until I made a decision. I was in a difficult situation and they really helped me. Not many garages would offer that service! Everyone I spoke to was good and explained in detail everything I needed to know!
