  I highly recommend Simon who treated me for my lower back pain. In the session Simon was very professional and created a comfortable environment straight away.
  
  Simon worked my back to straighten it up and gave me a number of recommendations on stretches and activities I can be doing in between sessions, in order to help reduce the soreness I currently experience.

  Every time I leave Charlie at studio 7, I find to my delight that another part of me has been loosened up. She's very through and explains everything. After over 12 years of back trouble I was in a bad way. Sadly no one can fix me, but the work Charlie does makes it bearable/liveable.

  Have been seeing Charlie for well over 2 years, she is absolutely amazing and very professional. I have built up a good friendship with Charlie over the time I have seen her, which makes my experiences very comfortable. Have already recommended her to family and friends!

  I’ve been going to Charlie at kings hill for nearly a year, I was very nervous as I didn’t know what to expect...I had no need to be,Charlie was very professional and very friendly and I felt relaxed straight away....
  
  I’ve suffered with various back pains and she works wonders and it feels fantastic..
  She’s also helped with other problems I’ve had in my knee and hand, she explains everything you need to know and answers any questions you have ...
  
  I still see Charlie every 4/6 weeks to keep my back in check and solve any issues that may occur, best treatment I ever started

  Been having problems with my back for years and I have been in constant pain.
  I was very nervous at first but Charlie has a way of making you feel so relaxed by explaining every detail of her treatment and care plan. Showing me professionalism and incredible patience when I asked her to repeat or explain something. Charlie is very knowledgeable and always offers a holistic approach to her treatment.I am now a regular and my back has never felt so good.
