(March 2, 2017, 11:46 am)Mount Ephraim is at the opposite end of the care home spectrum to the modern, expensive, antiseptic and soulless homes that now seem to be coming on stream. It is run very professionally and manages to create a real family environment. The number and variety of activities - both in the home and on day trips out is particularly impressive as is the amazing quality and variety of the meals. In the end, it all comes down to the carers. Individually (and without exception) outstanding and as a team, absolutely beyond reproach. Thank you, Mount Ephraim, for being there and being who and what you are.
