(October 10, 2018, 5:35 am)Mum's been here for over a year now, and i could not be happier with the care she recieves. All the staff are great the food always looks lovely, and it's always as clean as a pin. It's a difficult thing to do putting a loved one in a home, and the guilt is ridiculous, but I'm glad i chose this home, because it is a home, a place to live and not just a house ????
(May 21, 2017, 4:02 pm)Both my parents suffer from dementia. My father has been resident here for the last 3yrs. As my mother lives in the Wirral where I reside she is resident in a place called Grove House (I HAVE LEFT AN HONEST REVIEW). I have not been to see visit father much until recently as I had been caring for my mother. I have observed the staff etc here in Pilgrims View, comparing it to the place my mother is in and it wins hands down. The attention the staff give the residents on the budget provided by this criminal government is second to none. The staff treat each resident with dignity, I have witnessed them sitting down providing quality one on one time with the residents. They interact with the visitors which only adds to the reassurance that your loved ones are in good hands. THANK YOU GUYS.
