Suzanne and the team were always happy to go above and beyond, both through the marketing process and then during the lead up to completion.

At all times professional and businesslike, they moved the process along with great efficiency, positivity and friendliness. We sold within days and less than two months later have completed. The much-anticipated stress which you would normally expect to feel when selling a home did not materialise. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

They answered every question promptly and clearly and kept us informed at every stage. They do go that extra mile! We have not come across better.

I have to say we found KMJ to be the most helpful estate agents we came across when looking for a property in Tunbridge Wells, they really were interested in what we looking for rather than showing us around everything on their books.
We were working to quite a tight timescale for completion when buying and Suzanne was great at keeping us informed on progress during the purchase of the property. The welcome card was a really nice touch when we picked up the keys from David to our new home!
