“My mother was a resident for 4 years until her death. Her care was excellent and she was treated with respect at all times. My father is now a resident of 11 months, at my mother's passing the whole staff couldn't have shown more care towards him and my sister and have continued to do so. I was present every day for several hours when the CQC were there and was interviewed by them. Quite frankly the report in no way reflected what I witnessed and has no value in how the residents are treated or the staff behaved. But then I have visited every day for several hours whenever I can travel to the area from my home in the north east of England.”
