“DO NOT HAVE YR CAR CLEANED HERE ! Just had my car cleaned, terrible experience ! I have a Mini Cooper with stripes on the bonnet, they ripped it and it’s taken a huge chunk out of the stripe - when challenged, they showed me the CCTV which showed my stripe ‘intact’ - but the owner tried to tell me ‘he had noticed it had a tear in it already’ when I came in ! I’ve recommended lots of people to use this car wash previously, not now ! The owner was not interested in trying to sort this situation out and was obnoxious - so, my £10 car wash has ended up costing me loads as I have to purchase new stripes now AND pay for someone to put them on my car. THANKS Hawley Road Garden Centre Car Wash - rude, unhelpful, owner and staff who knew they done it but we’re unwilling to alleviate the situation - I’d been warned previously not to use this company but gave them the benefit of the doubt - PEOPLE DO NOT USE unless yr willing to pay out for the damage to yr car which I now have to !”
