“Dear Karen, We have strip lights in the office and one wouldn’t turn on or if it did it would flicker, horribly. We wanted to get the light fixed as soon as possible so that we could resume normal running. Karen took my call, first time, first thing in the morning. Bright Sparks had loads of jobs to be done that day however you were able to rearrange your vans so that we could be fitted in that day. Firstly, I want to thank you for the speed of your service, you asked me to take a photo of the capacitors which was not working correctly, this meant that you could come out with the correct product and make sure that you were able to fix it that day. The landlord had already got a price from another Sparky however he had said that as one had gone and they are all the same age it is only a matter of time before the rest would also go so it make sense to change them all. Karen’s man suggested that we changed them as and when they fail, as some of them may not even been halfway through their life cycle. You were able to save us loads of money by advising we didn’t need to get them all replaced as they still work brilliantly and are not coursing any problem. Thank you so much for coming to help us with our problem. You made time for us in a very busy day, you made sure that you had the right parts, your Sparky was polite and knew what he was doing.
