“We rented The Duck House for 3 nights as a base during my daughters wedding. As a peaceful hideaway it was perfect. In fact looking back, our time there is one of our favourite memories from the whole wedding. Biz was wonderful & couldn’t have been more helpful . At times with hairdressers.photograhers, make up artist, bridesmaids & even our family dog Teddy I was so pleased that I had found such a special place for such a special occasion ! “Wendy and Ivor are the most friendly and hospitable hosts. For our very special weekend at the Hever Twilight event they went above and beyond with our requests. The rooms are detached from the house and quite private. We had friends in tow so booked two rooms adjoining and enjoyed the feeling of detachment along with the lovely views. The rooms are well considered, spotlessly clean and have all the facilities expected..All brand new. Breakfast is left in a lovely basket for you to eat at leisure with fresh orange, home made cereals, pasties and fruit. Special requests can be made and fulfilled (our little one loves coco pops when on holiday!). There is a short walk across the grass which can be a tad muddy so take some wellies on muddy days. As a cheaper alternative to the Castle, you can’t go wrong here. A lovely location to explore from, great pub close by and Hever Castle is beautiful and great for families. Enjoy!”

“We have just had a fantastic weekend at Orchard Pods. The accommodation was brilliant and so carefully and thoughtfully designed, right down to the lovely furnishings. The Pod contained everything you could need for a lovely weekend, and the icing on the cake was we had our own fire pit! After dinner at the local pub, we sat around our own fire with a glass of champagne, listening to the birdsong. Orchard Pods is a very special place and we would definitely highly recommend it.”

“The Pightle is no ordinary B&B. Mike, the proprietor, is a charming gentleman who receives guests in his lovely home as he would his own family, and is dedicated to ensuring that they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. His house is located in a totally quiet residential area just a few minute's drive from the centre of Sevenoaks, and you can park your car on a private drive right at the front door. The single and double rooms are very comfortably furnished in traditional style, with central heating on winter days. Two rooms are ensuite, and there is also a large modern private bathroom with ample hot water at all times. The free WiFi is reliable and supports high-bandwidth applications. Mike personally prepares a sumptuous breakfast for his guests, cooked to meet their preferences, and it can be enjoyed in a sunny conservatory looking out on the beautifully tended rear garden. Love that Monet bridge! There are also tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, and a tray with an even wider selection of these beverages on the landing. Highly recommended as a home-from-home in the garden of England!”
