(December 14, 2018, 3:20 am)Great range of helmets and great prices large stock off clothing (not much clothing for us women though). Helpful friendly place. Be careful of the turning it's sharp! If you miss it next one is just as sharp! Lol.

(November 4, 2018, 12:47 pm)I recently had a problem with a Sena headset that I'd purchased 18 months ago. As it was still under warranty I took it back to Helmet City Tatsfield. James expertly did the fiddly job of extracting the unit from the Helmet and sent it off to Sena. 3 weeks later I got a call from him to say that my replacement was in. So James, once again, put the new unit back in and not only that he even cleaned my visor too. With a great selection of clothing and lids, Helmet City is now definitely my go-to place for motorcycle gear and accessories. Highly recommended.

They are always highly knowledgeable, helpful and always leave you with the impression they are trying to help rather than squeeze money out of you. They have recently supplied and fitted a Pinlock for me, as well as a Bluetooth headset. Both are fiddly and time consuming things to fit, but there was no charge for the fitting of either item. Kudos to Toby for his expertise and patience with the fitting. Occasionally saving a pound or two by shopping online is no match for service, help and advice like this (and often the prices are comparable), not to mention the ability to try things on/see them before buying.
(July 28, 2018, 11:29 am)The place is massive, you can find almost anything there. The staff is very kind, we spend 2 hours trying gears and they were extremely helpful. Definitely I will came back there if I need to get something new.
