Peak Performance CKD

  Peak performance is a great martial arts class for children and adults. My 6 year old son joined half way through 2017 and although was a little anxious about starting, he soon gained the confidence and absolutely loves it now. He has gone from strength to strength and picks up the moves very quickly. He has made many friends and his confidence has grown considerably! We tried two other companies before joining peak performance and we found the other companies were very hands on and the children were just left attacking each other, which just didn't work for a shy child. Peak performance has really brought out the best in our son and he looks forward to his twice a week classes. This is a fun, active class which teaches children discipline, respect and self defence techniques. I would highly recommend Peak performance.

  I joined kick fit in November, I was nervous being a big girl and that I wouldn’t be able to do the classes or that I would feel uncomfortable but I absolutely love the classes and look forward to them each week! Paul works us hard and it’s a great for your fitness levels! The girls are lovely and the instructors are very friendly too! Overall I couldn’t recommend this class enough!!!!

  Alex really looks forward to his classes every week. Its been a great motivator and helps with discipline and confidence .

  Hazel has so much enthusiasm for your class. She practices her moves all the time and tells anyone who wants to listen. Seeing how much she loves the class has made me join and she is so full of encouragement, even "advising" me when I have done something not quite right!
  
  I highly recommend PPCKD, for all age groups, not only for the self defense but for the fitness aspect too.

  As a retired police officer I wanted my children to learn a martial art based and founded on verbal communication and non violence, but one that ultimately gave them the necessary training to defend themselves if the need ever arose. Choi Kwang Do ticks the boxes for me, my eldest has attained black belt and his younger brothers are moving through the belts. All have gained something different from this style of martial art and more importantly enjoy the training and exercises, all given in a manner that is appropriate for their age group. I would heartily recommend anyone considering trying it for themselves or looking for a martial arts club for their children to give it a go.
