(October 16, 2018, 12:56 pm)Yesterday I had my Mini serviced with Cooper BMW Banstead and the whole process was so easy. They collected my car in the morning, stayed in touch during the day, sent me a video of my car in the workshop updating me on my tyre treads and break pads, and delivered the car back when I was out - dropping the key and paperwork through the letterbox, so I didn't have to wait in all day for them. They also hovered and washed my car so it came back looking great!
