Before becoming pregnant, giving birth was the thing I was dreading the most when the time came to have children. I didn’t really want to do NCT and I thought HypnoBirthing sounded a bit strange but after researching I realised that everyone raved about it. We found Leila who from our first contact even until now has been fabulous. Gentle, SO encouraging and supportive in every way. We really looked forward to every class where we felt looked after & she made us feel so welcome. Doing the relaxation practice was fab, her voice is so calming and she’s such a reassuring person. I soon built confidence in myself. We alsmost had a our daughter at home but made it to hospital. I was SO relaxed and so calm. I breathed my daughter into the world and enjoyed the whole of labour & Birth. I can honestly say it wasn’t painful and I had no fear. I literally said afterwards I could do it again tomorrow. Leila was a brilliant guide through the hypnobirthing course. It is very informative and fills you with confidence. This really helped us to have a relaxing, peaceful birth, would highly recommend the course with InspiringBirths.

Thanks to Leila, I was able to stay focused and relaxed with the birth of my first son, when it all did not go to plan and at times felt scary and out of control. She then again gave me the confidence to birth my second son at home. Unfortunately there was no one on call from the home birthing team when I went into labour, but I had an amazing birth at hospital and my second son was born, well it felt like he just fell out, after 2 hours of labour. Leila has been there for me with wisdom and support throughout my pregnancies and the ups and downs of motherhood. I can’t thank or recommend Leila enough.

I was recommended Inspiring births through a friend when I had my second child, James three years ago. I was extremely anxious about my birth as I had a traumatic time with my first birth. Leila was an incredible teacher and really went above and beyond to ease my anxiety about my birth. She even sent me positive inspiring thoughts every day that I was overdue which really kept me going. In the end I had the most amazing birth imaginable.
