(November 3, 2016, 4:32 am)I've been coming to Lotta'Studio for over 4 years now - for me it's an oasis of calm and a rare time to focus on myself. Many of us with desk jobs suffer from poor posture, and Pilates is enormously helpful for me to learn good habits and correct the effect of sitting at desk for long periods. I also need the group atmosphere to make sure I push myself - the small group environment works well and means each person gets personal attention. Great instructors too - they know their stuff and help make sure you get the most from the classes. Recommended!
