    Truly excellent. we were having such a bad day leading up to us staying at this place - this place was such a breath of fresh air and restored our faith in humanity. The owner could tell we were not in a good mood so he made us feel incredibly welcome, even served us free juice and cracked jokes to cheer us up. For the price we paid we couldn't believe how good the quality of the room was, I had a wonderful overnight stay here.

    Kind owner and staff, very clean room, comfortable bed & shower, and easy to access from Horley train station. Less than a 5 minute walk to many restaurants and grocery stores. We are very glad to have picked this hotel and would gladly stay again. Thanks for the enjoyable stay.

    What a lovely English Cottage. We arrived late, 3:04 to be exact. The gentleman that came to help was kind, funny, courteous, and helpful. We had a great room that was comfortable. The shower is Top. Free shuttle to Gatwick in the morning. Very great place, highly recommended based solely on customer service. Thank you!

    New owner in the last seven months. He has completely renovated the place with new carpets, linens, beds, everything. All rooms have an en-suite. Breakfast was good. The owner drove us to Gatwick Airport to catch our flight for ten pounds, or you could take the train one stop and be at the airport. Host was friendly and interested in making our stay perfect. Nearby restaurants were wonderful and open on Sunday! Will go back and make my headquarters for South of England.
