(August 25, 2018, 8:26 am)My father went there for his end of life care. The care he received and the support we received was amazing. The nursing staff, carers and even the kitchen staff, truly did care and did everything they could to give him the dignity he deserved. He was happy there and I have no doubt recommending them. Coppice Lea will always have a special place in our hearts, thank you!

(April 19, 2018, 7:24 pm)My aunt has been at coppice lea for many years. I absolutely disagree with negative comments in previous reviews. My aunt is happy well looked after and loves the staff at the home as her own family. If we were not happy with the home we would absolutely move her but we could not imagine a better place for her to live. The manager neema is always visible and has helped us and my aunt a lot over the past couple of years. Yes there are lots of nurses and care staff from overseas but this adds to the diversity and ambience of the home. Activities have improved a lot lately and my aunt not always joins in ( her choice) but tells us what has been going on and loves when the kids come from local nursery and another managers dogs visit. Lovely. So yes I would recommend coppice lea with no doubts whatsoever. Disregard the negative reviews a great home.
