The team were extremely supportive and knowledgeable and helped us through the sale process with professionalism at every step. They were accessible and helped us as well as our buyers which doubled their workload. I would thoroughly recommend them if you are looking to sell your property.

We choose Platform for the sale of our property after the fantastic George showed us the property we eventually purchased, but it didn't end there Tom and Stuart all played a leading role in the sale and purchase which for reason out of everyone control was by no means a smooth transaction. Throughout the entire sale the communication was first class and then we had the wonderful Toni to deal with through many other ups and downs the care, attention and communication couldn't be better and due to long opening hours we never felt in the dark waiting for feedback or advise.

Recently sold a house in the Oxted area. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the service Tom and his team provided. The 8am til 8pm, seven days per week service was invaluable as was their willingness to go above and beyond (in one case collecting a viewer and driving them to property). And really very greatful for the help of Toni, their dedicated sales progressor, without whose help our sale would definitely not have been completed.

We were the purchasers of a property. Platform Property were great throughout the process - they took control, making it easy for us. The team there are knowledgable and thorough in their roles, often contacting us and ensuring the delivery of a high level of service. Overall, they were great and I appreciated that I never needed to chase them for an update as they were always on the phone to me first!

We were very impressed with Tom and his team. They worked hard for us and presented the property very well. We took something of a risk by following his advice on pricing, however were rewarded by a large number of offers which clearly established the value of the property. We encountered several unforeseen issues during the process but at all times felt that the Platform team were available for advice and they went above and beyond what was strictly their role in order to assist us both up to completion and afterwards. This was greatly appreciated, particularly as we were managing the sale from a distance. Overall, we feel the value they provided more than justified the fee and they were a pleasure to deal with.
