Staff extremely helpful, know their stuff regarding the different models, and go out of their way to ensure that the vehicle you have chosen is ready for the day you require it. I stupidly left an important item in my old car but didn't realise until several days later. The gentleman went and checked it was there. And notified me so I could collect it. . Would definitely recommend them
