(October 4, 2018, 3:46 pm)Left my kitten Theo at Banstead Cattery at short notice Brian was very obliging and managed to take him in, was very impressed with the cleanliness and organisation of the cattery and the large heated cat rooms. Was amazed how fresh it smelt considering the amount of cats boarded there, obvious that the litter trays were cleaned regularly.
The cattery is in a lovely, large, quiet, peaceful garden.
Collected Theo after 2 weeks and he looked great, relaxed and happy, and settled back with us at home with no problems.
Brian and Jacky run a first class cattery and I would have no hesitation to leave my cat with them again very happy to have found them.

(September 5, 2018, 6:43 am)Originally our cats boarded at another Cattery where they were very happy, due to staff shortages this closed early this year and I needed to look elsewhere.
Banstead are close geographically so I called and arranged to view. Brian met me at the entrance and took me to look around, there were many cats in the units that are clean and bright surrounded by a well kept garden to give the whole place a bright and fresh atmosphere.
As I travel a lot I need a secure place to board the cats and was happy with the structure. One of our cats is quite nervous whilst the other is very laid back, I discussed this with Brian who is happy for me to bring their own toys, scratch post etc. from home. He always greets at the gate to assist with carrying the pet carriers and is on hand whilst settling them in, every cat has a file with vet details, food preferences and contacts for when we travel, health cards are kept on the unit for fast reference.
We have now boarded the cats at Banstead on four occasions this year and have them booked in again soon.
