Took our cat here when he was poorly and found the staff to be caring and compassionate people. They kept us up to date with his treatment and allowed me to go and visit him with no additional cost even though the vet and the vet nurse spent time with me talking about him. Sadly they couldn’t save our boy, but they were very sensitive when delivering the news and we left feeling like we did all we could to help him.

Tend to see different vets each time for routine checkups but all have been friendly. Have only once used them to help with a real problem - a very bad cut in my cat's chest. They did not push to do an expensive repair immediately though they offered to do it if I wanted it. They were also happy to take a wait and see approach. So we started with antiobiotics and rest, and a followup visit to assess the need for stitches which would need to be done under anaesthesia. This approach was successful and no further treatment was needed. I am happy with their clinical judgement, that they don't just push with the most high tech option.

My Westie was seen today. Eyes really bad. The vet knew immediately what to do. Reception lady was so kind and patient with me. My baby is now sitting next to me a lot happier then she was this morning. A massive thank you. Highly recommended. Lovely staff and lovely practice.
