(September 19, 2021, 2:54 pm)It was impossible to get through on the phone - hours and hours on hold . I was very grateful to eventually be able to see someone . The receptionist at the CAB desk was a tad officious but the actual person I saw was really helpful and friendly . Thanks to him and the kind guy on the ground floor of the library who helped me to get to see someone .
