Friendly and efficient service including coffee and a free ride to my office after morning drop off. What more could I ask for except they even returned the car to my office once the service was completed. Very good experience all round.

Edit: Car is fine, selling side is fine. Trying to get Inchcape to sort out a service plan is not fine.
Called 3 days in a row and even went in branch. Still not sorted.

Very high standard of car service and maintenance. Having had lifetime MOT incentive with Crawley, never have they made up things that 'must' be replaced. Always waited and worked from upstairs and the staff are always there to ensure you are well looked after. Great service here.
