Found the car drop off location easily enough and into North Terminal through the hotel quickly.

Despite trying to make sure we remembered how to get back on our return we took a while to get to the correct floor (1st) as the hotel signs on the lifts are tiny.

The lift one floor down from the hotel to the parking area was broken but they had extra people on hand to lug our bags down the stairs and it was a bit chaotic when we went to collect our keys as a bus load of drivers arrived to take cars away at the same time.

Despite this our car was there and we managed to get on the road pretty quickly and would use the service again.

Parked up smoothly jetted off to warmer climates as planned. However, we needed to return a week early due to a family bereavement and therefore had to liaise from abroad to arrange this. This was all done simply and on our arrival the car was ready without fuss. Very happy with the service and at an excellent price too - even for only 6 days it turned out!

This has been a very pleasant surprise.
Leaving the car was easy and streamlined process with very easy access to Gatwick's North terminal. Collecting the car was so much quicker (and even a bit cheaper) than any other long-term parking option we have ever tried. The service was courteous and efficient. We could even opt to have the car valeted while we were away, if we'd wanted. I would recommend this and will definitely try it again next time we travel.

Very good price, quick and easy. Directions to bus stop on return were spot on. Bus driver made it clear he was just serving S.terminal, so no misunderstanding. No problem coming early or to late to park - ticket worked OK in exit barrier . Great job for an happy customer

Service seems to have improved from 'not bad' to 'quite good' with regular buses and efficient, friendly staff (rather than customer service drones). Car valeting is a good idea and was carried out well – more expensively than a roadside job but not unreasonable given the convenience of such a service. One curious thing: on pick-up my trip counter had been reset to zero. Make of that what you will.
