(November 13, 2018, 10:54 am)I've trained with Martin and his team for the best part of 12 years on and off. I have had other trainers along the way though the fact I keep coming back to Martin says everything you need to know. If you want someone that will take responsibility for your training and fitness you will do no better than Martin. 'Crying off' because you don't feel like it or hoping for an 'easy' session is never an option (no matter how hard you may try) and at the end of the day that is exactly what we all want and need from a great trainer. The fact you will get a great workout too is never in doubt.
