Croydon Fireplaces

We brought a stove from Croydon Fireplaces last week and are purchasing a hearth from them too. I have been into the office twice now and also spoken to them over the phone, I can honestly say that they offer the best customer service I have had in years! They can’t do enough for you! After being let down by another company for our fitting today I went into the office to ask for their help, they were amazing! They have done everything they can and more to try and solve our problem! They were so kind....after a bad day and feeling let down they restored my faith in mankind, they even gave me After Eights and managed to make me smile! I really can’t speak highly enough of their customer service! They genuinely go way above and beyond any expectations!! What a nice bunch of guys! Sincere thank you Croydon Fireplaces!

Just had a new stove installed and could not be happier with it. Fantastic customer service, the lads were helpful and very informative always checking we were happy along the way. Would highly recommend.
