“This bank is fine. And yes it’s small, yes the queues can be long at certain times of the day but this is the same for every bank in Brixton. I experience the same level of wait time and great customer service in Barclays, Halifax and Santander it’s not the lack of staff it’s the mass amount of people who live, work and pass through Brixton. Those who have a problem with it should start using the not so new deposit machines or go to one of the next branches such as Streatham Balham or Clapham or potentially use the telephone banking system or the app???? always whinging.”

The Barclays staff were nice enough to clear up my queries promptly. However, on one occasion they ordered a new card for me which I didn't want, invalidating the one I had already. No matter, the problem was cleared up after a fortnight. No ATM use in the interim.”
