“Absolutely brilliant staff. Needed to visit the urgent care last night (17/10/18). I was told that the waiting time to see the nurse was 20 minutes and 3hrs to see the doctor. Nurse ( i think Ms Prasad) called me within 5 minutes and then looking at my bad state she immediately sent me to the doctor. So i was attended within 10 minutes. Both doctor and nurse were like God sent. I wish I had taken the name of the doctor so that I could thank him here! The speed and compassion with which I was attended by the staff is commendable. The doctor was under extreme pressure but was still calm and smiling! Thanks a lot to you both!”

“Met and spoke to the loveliest receptionist who was very apologetic that my appt was cancelled due to the doctor being unwell. As my phone wasn't working I didn't get her message so turned up at the doctors. After being offered the option to reschedule, I told her it was going to be difficult getting time off again after Christmas, so she went away and managed to squeeze me in with another doctor. What a star!!”

I was booked in within 4 days of calling but it could have been more or less the same day of calling if I thought it was urgent. When I arrived there was a Lady at the reception who took immediately care of me and confirmed my appointment. I was called in to the doctor on time of appointment. Remarkable. I felt that the doctor actually cared about my problems and made me aware of things I would have never thought of myself. The Doctor's diagnose and explanation was very professional I thought and was completely different of what I assumed(google is just not a doctor and that is where I had my wrong conclusions from) There are more check ups, tests and maybe treatment to come. Everything was put in motion immediately. I can not fault Woodlands on anything from my own experience today or in the past.. Actually I am very happy to have WHC as my GP.”
