I had a new doctor who was very patient with me the only thing I hate is that you have to book on the day which is annoying especially if you work during the surgery opening hours.,,, apart from that five stars all around I have been coming to this surgery for years when it use to be run my doctor old man and doctor Rahman I don't even live in the area anymore but I wouldn't trust my health with anyone else”

“I have been attending St. Margarets hospital recently, having got fed up with the private merry go round. What a difference, the nursing staff are incredible, the ladies that do the blood test are so nice, as well as the young lady that does the ECG's. The consultants I have seen have been excellent. The staff here really do care. You are made to feel an individual rather than somebody that is earning money for them. The speed that I have had scans and X-rays done have been faster than I have had done privately. I have now decided to give up our private medical insurance.”

The last time the woman who did it was very offhand. If you come by car it's expensive, that's if you are lucky enough to find a space. You pay on the way out by machine you enter your registration number into.Very sorry it's going to close, expect most people in Thurrock will agree.”

“I have been with this Doctor's Surgery since I moved to the area in 1987, in that time I have always found them to be a very caring and understanding team of Doctors, Nurses and Reception staff. I must admit that since my husband passed away and since I became quite poorly with various illnesses that hit in my late 30's, they have always been very good to me, no matter which Doctor I see. I obviously have my favourite members of staff and Doctor there but I won't name names as to be honest I think they are all wonderful. I can't fault any of them, I have had some very traumatic times and when I've needed the Doctor to help and support they have been there for me. They do care a great deal, they are kind and understanding and very efficient too. I hope they keep my favourite Doctor as I struggle with social issues, anxiety and opening up to my circumstances, with this Doctor I am 100% comfortable and feel like I can tell them anything and they will never judge nor look down on me as some kind of failure in life, which is sometimes how I feel. As for my favourite receptionist, she is a sweetheart. She is always willing to help and she's very kind, friendly and is lovely natured and very sweet. If I know I am going to see my favourite Doctor I don't feel so anxious about going, I'm glad I am in their care, they've only in the last year or so taken care of me and I honestly would rather see them over the others, not because I dislike the other Doctors or because this is in some way detrimental to the rest of them, I am just very comfortable and at ease with them, however, they are all very kind and caring but my favourite just has the edge and is a terrific person, I can just tell. I would definitely recommend them, they look after my sons too if they need to go along, which, thankfully, isn't often as they are healthy and young. I hope this review helps, if you are suffering with social anxiety, mental health issues and/or rare diseases, then I would recommend them as it doesn't have to be frightening seeing your G.P and they are all very good.”

“I was admitted to crystal ward from Nottingham as there were no beds in my local area. I stayed here for just over 4 weeks whilst I awaited to be recalled to Nottingham. The care I received was excellent, the staff on crystal ward are extremely caring & so nice, they really looked after me and I felt safe & cared for at all times. I am extremely sad to have been moved back to a bed in my area and would have chosen to remain on crystal ward if I had the choice. The facilities were very good, regular psychologist sessions, OT activities & groups, one to one time with staff, separate bedrooms that felt homely but safety still top priority. I can't fault anything there & would move back to that ward now if I could - they really looked after me. Thank you all staff on crystal ward!”
