My battery needed to be changed and this was the closest place to where I was driving. Akeem is a complete superstar when it comes to service. He changed my battery in a matter of minutes. Lately, customer service is lacking in many places. Not here. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He is a true asset to this company and to us women who need help with battery issues. Please give this employee a bonus, an award, something!!! There were 4 of us needing battery change and he worked it out in great time.

Just want to say “Rodney” assisted me quickly. My car needed a new battery. He is professional and courteous. Gave me a few suggestions. I paid for the new battery. He walked back to my car and changed the battery. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. God bless him !!!

Fritz, the manager, was amazing. First, he acknowledged me the moment i walked in. Second, Although his store no longer carried the cheaper battery model for my vehicle, he went the extra mile to see if any stores in the area had the cheaper battery. When he finished installing the battery, I tried to offer him a tip but he refused. I asked if I could compliment the manger and then saw on his name tag, that he was the manager! So helpful and so gratifying. Who thought a trip to an auto parts store would prompt be to be grateful enough to post a review. Thank you fritz!

Beyond excellent service. Werner went above and beyond to assist me with what I thought was my battery. Even though his shift was almost over, he didn't rush things along and stayed until he could do no more. Even when it started to rain, he continued with his efforts to assist me He is an exemplary employee at AutoZone and I would recommend this location to anyone.

Akeem was AWESOME! I needed to replace one of my bulbs and had no idea which it was and he went out of his way to pop my hood and see which would work. He was awesome and so helpful. Definitely would come back for his help!
