I found myself in need of an affordable smaller storage unit immediately. We had used Budget storage when we moved here several decades ago and had a good experience so I went back. The location had changed to Stuff Hotel. I was greeted with courtesy and patience...I needed it. Within 15 minutes I had the perfect sized unit for my needs. Several times over the months I had the unit, they kindly reminded me to make my payment, I'm forgetful and truly appreciated the gentle reminders. I would recommend this company to anyone who asked about storage units.

I've used Budget Self Storage twice in the past year and a half. Randy and crew are great to work with. The facility is neat and clean. The price is great for the value.

If you’re looking for storage rental, please please please consider giving your business to Randy at Budget Storage around the corner from our Subway/Donut shop on 380...I’ve noticed they have nearly completed the new units further out on 380 past Mayhill, and I’m worried about Randy losing business. It’s just him, and the business supports his family. We have rented from him since we moved my Grandmother here almost 10 years ago. He is the nicest person and has always taken great care of us, plus his prices are really reasonable.

I would write 100 reviews, all 5 stars if I could. That is how great this place is. The staff is fantastic, there's no way around that. There's no diminishing that. I've had my stuff in storage for over a year there while I've lived in Fort Worth (moved away post-college with no good place for my things), and Randy has proven he is nothing short of a great person. Accommodating, diligent, friendly. Seriously, how often can you say you are happy to get a call from the manager of a storage business? This place is where you need to store your things. All self-stores are the same, it's a place to store your possessions when you need extra space. What makes a difference, is the staff. And this is one you can trust to do a great job and make you feel taken care of.
