“If you want to try a good traditional English breakfast, here's the place!! The sausages and bacon are cooked to perfection; the egg yolk creamy and the hash brown done nicely. Baked beans are the same everywhere but this tea room makes breakfast how you'd expect. The seating area outside is in itself inviting. Whilst having breakfast in a rural setting is poetry in itself!! Interior-wise, the seating area is like a well-maintained tea room, spacious, lively with the hum of conversation and rural with a view onto the commons. A nice vibe with morning runners meeting up or families getting together for that much needed morning coffee and cake. It's difficult to choose between the breakfast and a good selection of cakes. The entrance is wheelchair chair accessible with space for a wheelchair in the seating area both inside and out. Good for family and groups. I can't see a gluten free or diary free signage on the counter but there could be alternatives provided on request. Excellent customer service and ambience. Many Congrats!!”

“We had a quick visit to Pret to collect food to eat on the flight. There was plenty of choice for fresh food, but it was very crowded. It would have been better if there was more space to see what was on offer and decide what to buy. At the checkouts, there was a very short queue and we were quickly served. There was not much space to sit and eat, so you may need to find seating elsewhere at the airport.”

“This charming little tea room is now under new management and being run by the lovely Vee and Susan. It has been spruced up and is a cosy space to have a spot of lunch and a piece of cake. Everything is homemade and very tasty! And apparently they will start doing afternoon teas in the new year, so I will have to stop by again to try those out! Susan is also a chocolatier and has some of her chocolates on sales here. And they are delicious!!”

“Very clean food preparation area from what I could see of it, as was the eating area. Much better access for disabled people since the addition of the outside seating area. The staff were polite and professional, and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Only one small gripe, the menu said chips, but they were actually fries, I do expect something a little more substantial when offered chips.”
