She's a professional from start to finish, and it's even better that she's a perfectionist who seems to genuinely love what she does, I knew I was in good hands! I felt completely at ease during all of my appointments despite my initial nerves about semi permanent make-up, she answered all of my questions and really knew what she was taking about, as soon as she told me about all these courses she does and how long she's been doing it, my nerves disappeared. I just had my second lip appointment 2 days ago and genuinely couldn't feel a thing! I was getting compliments on the colour and how natural it looked even before the top up appointment, so I'm really looking forward to seeing the final result.”

It was very relaxed and good value. We paid for an additional hair mask and head massage for my girlfriend, she said it was nice, but left her hair very knotty.”

“Nice place. Only thing is the lady cutting my hair didn't ask what I actually wanted done before she was about to cut so I had to explain I just wanted a trim. Then she didn't ask how I wanted my hair blow dried, she just did it straight (I didn't bother telling her otherwise cos I didn't mind), so think she still needs a bit of learning. But the haircut was good. Would go back for a trim.”

“Love David Lloyd, and especially the Kidbrooke club. Lovely facilities with great indoor and outdoor pool. Restaurant staff and personal trainers in the gym are very friendly. The general manager Charles Jude is friendly and approachable and caring. Physios are brilliant. I enjoy the swimming, jacuzzi, steam, sauna, yoga and gym, and great to relax in the lounge/restaurant area and also to be able to work on my laptop in the quiet area where there are desks set up for members to be able to work. I’ve been a member for over 2 years - well worth the money and I highly recommend it”
