“A brilliant gym if you want to avoid the 'globo gym' environment of endless running machines. There is plenty of equipment with lots of variety (you'll be hard pressed to find another local gym with atlas stones and a car deadlift). The staff are great and the price is brilliant for what you get. The gym also holds regular strongman events and does have a pretty good community feel to it.”

“I love this gym and have been going for almost a year. It has a great atmosphere, as both the staff and members are welcoming, friendly and supportive. The machines are organised as a circuit, making it easy to do a full body workout, although the staff are always available and happy to offer advice. Since joining Wellness Express I have lost two and a half stone, which together with meeting new friends has really boosted my self confidence. I would encourage anyone considering joining a ladies gym to visit this gym, you wont be disappointed! ”
