I dropped the piano off in York in a brilliant workshop which was well equipped. Steve was extremely knowledgeable about the piano and I left with high hopes it would be brilliant upon collection. The fitters were great, just got on with the job and answered any questions we had. We did have a fault on one of the window mechanisms which was a fault from the factory and the office were very helpful in rectifying this, once the order arrived within a week they were back to fix. “After having a leaky, glass roof on our conservatory for many years we decided on a Warm Roof with Sandford earlier this year. It was important to us to use a family business near to where we live as we know that personal customer service offered by local smaller businesses is always better than using a large corporate company. After receiving many quotes, we decided on Sandford because of their knowledge and honestly and their very competitive price was a no brainer!! The work was carried out quickly and Christian and his team worked around our needs with regards to timelines and design. All the builders were friendly, competent, tidy and above all trustworthy. Christian ensured he always kept us in the loop regarding material deliveries and timelines during the project. I would highly recommend Sandford, we have a beautiful new room, which is warm in colder weather and cool in warmer weather and is now a room we use most of the time for family relaxation.
