“Glad I didn't read the reviews before I booked as probably wouldn't have otherwise. The only issue was the wait at airport for the mini bus-50 minutes and 2 phone calls! This is clearly a problem and needs to be rectified, with clearer instructions on the meeting point, a queueing system and more frequent buses. However, you get what you pay for! Checking in was straight forward with no hard sell from the chap behind the counter. Nice car. Very straight forward returning the car too- took less than a few minutes. Maybe they are starting to take heed of the feedback! There is a petrol station about 1 minute from the car hire office so would recommend using full to full option for petrol.”

“The restaurant interior design is amazing. It represents the theme of Native American culture. I wish I could capture more photos of the restaurant but some parts was too dark to get a nice photo!! We went to the restaurant on the Halloween day. The waiters had make up on their face that made our day. They are also very friendly and approachable. One of them made a trick to pretend the cup was falling from the plate right next to me. I was so shocked and really liked the friendly atmosphere as that made us laugh so much. The food was very good and we really enjoyed this place. Thanks for the service.”

“I have been using Raeburn for over 15 years now. They have always given me good honest advice and kept my car in excellent working order (W reg now). When they located to Leatherhead I tried a garage in Fulham who overcharged me and left me with a broken airbag, washers, wires hanging down under the steering column. Raeburn came to the rescue and I decided that the distance from Fulham was well worth it.”
