Eddie will work your entire deal over the phone if so desired to help your schedule.

I called All American CDJR service center today and asked if I needed and appointment for an oil change, the gentleman told me usually yes, when are you wanting to come in? I said now and laughed and he said, we can do that. I arrived less than 5 minutes later and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone, Andy Howell, took care of everything right away. He was so professional and answered my million questions in detail. I asked them to go ahead and change the air and cabin filters also. When they finished; he told me how much it would be for the synthetic oil change and what I expected to be 2 filters. The total was $60 and change! I said that can’t be right. He checked everything on the ticket and asked the service guy and told me that my cabin filter looked good when he checked it. I will definitely go back! Under $61 for synthetic oil for a large SUV and the honesty for not selling me something I did not need are both unheard of! Oh, on top of all that they evaluated my car for possible issues and Andy worked up an estimate for new tires for me. Thank you Andy Howell and the gentleman who did the oil change (I forgot to get his name)!

I was on the hunt for a Challenger for a bit and came across the one I wanted at All American CDJR. I was looking to drive off in a new vehicle that day. I submitted my inquery on TrueCar and within minutes Craig was giving me a call. He told me not only was the vehicle I was asking about on the lot, but 3 others as well. I arranged to make my way over there at that point and test drive it.

I've spent my fair share of time in dealerships purchasing vehicles, with this being my 7th. I have NEVER had such a quick experience purchasing a vehicle. I spent maybe an hour test driving and filling out applications. Left to pick my family up and come back to pick the vehicle up and my contract and other paperwork was down in less than 30 minutes.
