(January 29, 2023, 8:42 pm)I went ONCE and figured out how to do My Exercises. I did the rest from the Handout. I didn't have to pay the fee They were charging. I finished My Exercises at Home and I have Full Range of Motion. I saved at least a Hundred Dollars.
