They're very nice and helpful

Unfortunately I didn’t end up going with Todd’s pool because of miscommunication from an outside sales representative from their company but I will say this Todd heard the situation and personally called me to apologize and told me anything he could do to make up for it he would. At this point I had already moved on to another company but with the high demand for pool repairs and building of new pools the fact he called me and explained the miscommunication and apologized for it shows you that they care about their customers where as the multiple other pool companies I called were just out right rude and condescending on the phone. This time didnt work out but next time I need work done I will be calling this company.
